Fiserv/First Data has deployed 5 strategic command centers in cities around the US and has relied on ITI to implement robust and sustainable technology capable of supporting 24/7 operating requirement.
Each of the 5 command centers deployed feature AVoIP technology that leverages the network for video transport, audio transport and VTC/ATC communications. ITI leveraged its extensive experience integrating high bandwidth multicast for AV transport on existing customer networks to increase ROI on behalf of the customer.
